Life Line Screening leads the way in providing health screenings for individuals who have or are at risk for serious health issues. Early detection, diagnosis, and intervention are critical in avoiding serious health issues or minimizing their long term effects. Life Line screens for strokes, heart disease, diabetes, and many more.
Life Line Screenings provides the 6 for Life Health Assessment. It is a personalized report that predicts your risk for such diseases as; COPD, diabetes, congestive heart failure, lung cancer, stroke, and heart disease within the next five years. The report also makes recommendations of what you can do to reduce your risk of developing these diseases. A 6 for Life assessment should be done each year if you have any of the risk factors associated with, or if you have a family history of these health issues.
All screenings are performed by technicians who are highly trained specialists in their field, and the equipment used is of the same quality used in hospitals. Board-certified physicians read the results which are then utilized by your physician and you to provide treatment for or prevention of serious health issues.
Life Line Screening also provides ongoing resources such as the Life Line Health E-Newsletter. Individuals who receive the newsletter are educated on health issues and provided advice on controlling chronic conditions.
Life Line Screening uses three screenings to determine your risk for serious diseases; ultrasound screenings, finger-stick blood screen, and limited electrocardiograph. These screenings can detect anything from aneurysms to cholesterol levels, to irregular heartbeats, and are done by highly trained technicians using state of the art equipment.
